I'm a qualified teacher, SENDCo and former Assistant Headteacher with over 15 years' experience supporting children and young people in both UK and international schools.
Throughout my career, I've worked as a teacher, school leader and SEND specialist, supporting children, families and school staff to understand how children learn, identify what's getting in the way and help them make meaningful progress.
I've supported children whose difficulties have shown up in many different ways. Some struggle with reading and writing, others with organisation, confidence or becoming more independent as school becomes more demanding. My starting point is always to understand what's getting in the way before deciding how best to help.
